PLANT-BASED WAX
For our scented candles, we blend the finest natural waxes like soy wax and rapeseed wax. This combination ensures the best burning and fragrance properties for our candles. We consciously avoid the use of petroleum-based waxes for the benefit of both us and the environment.

Nature is the inspiration and provider for our fragrances. We exclusively use 100% pure essential oils that are gently extracted from plants. These oils are blended into our natural fragrances.

IMPORTANTNever light the candle in the refill cup. The refill only works in the original Looops 250 g candle glass.
HOW TO EASILY REFILL YOUR 250 G CANDLE GLASSCool the refill in the freezer for about an hour. Then press the new candle out of the cup and place it into your candle glass, which should be cleaned with a little dish soap. Wait for about two hours until the wax has returned to room temperature. Always burn the candle until the entire surface is liquid.
CLEANING TIPSClean the glass by hand with warm water and a grease-dissolving dish soap. If the wick base doesn't come off on its own, pour approximately 70°C hot water into the glass. After a while, it should easily detach from the glass. The label can also be easily removed with some warm water.
CANDLE CARE TIPS

Give your candle time when lighting it for the first time and let it burn until the entire surface is liquid. This prevents a wax tunnel from forming around the wick.

Ensure that the candle burns cleanly and that it distributes its scent evenly throughout the entire burning duration. Small candle: Let it burn for at least one hour but no longer than three hours. Large candle: Let it burn for at least two hours but no more than four hours. Triple wick candle: Always light all three wicks. Let it burn for no longer than three hours.

To extinguish the flame, dip the wick briefly into the liquid wax with a match. This prevents smoke, and the scent lingers longer. Then, straighten the wick and center it.

Trim the wick to about 5 millimeters before each lighting. This keeps the flame at the optimal size and helps your candle burn longer.

The lid of your candle protects it from contamination. When used as a coaster, it keeps heat away from your surfaces.
