Refund policy

You have the right to revoke or withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period or withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of revocation or withdrawal, you must inform us, JL LIVING, Josef-Hager Straße 26, 6372 Oberndorf, Austria, T: +43 676 530 9998, welcome@jl-living.com, by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. To comply with the revocation period or withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period expires. 

Consequences of withdrawal / cancellation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. 

Return
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline expires. 

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

You only have to bear the direct costs of any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exception regulation
Excluded from the right of withdrawal or cancellation are goods that have been manufactured or adapted according to customer specifications (e.g. through permanent, individual labeling).
