SHIPPING POLICY

With us, you have the choice: You determine the payment method.
We ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible. Free shipping for orders over 300 EUR.

  

Austria: Free for orders over EUR 300, otherwise from EUR 4.90 (depending on the size / weight of the order)
1-3 business days

Germany: Free for orders over EUR 300, otherwise from EUR 6.90 (depending on the size / weight of the order)
2-5 business days 

(We do not ship to parcel stations)

EU and the rest of Europe: Free for orders over EUR 300, otherwise from EUR 8.90  (depending on the size / weight of the order)
3-8 business days

Switzerland / Liechtenstein: Free for orders over EUR 300, otherwise EUR 14.90 (depending on the size / weight of the order)
3-8 business days

Ireland / United Kingdom*: Free for orders over EUR 300, otherwise EUR 20.00  (depending on the size / weight of the order)
5-8 business days

USA & Canada*: Costs are 49€ For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs fees, taxes, or import costs may apply. These are paid directly to the shipping service provider (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx) by the recipient upon delivery.
We do not take responsibility for these additional costs.

RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE

You can easily return unused and unopened products within 14 days. Of course, you will get your money back.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Use a shipping service of your choice for the return. Please inform us in advance about your return (welcome@jl-living.com).

 

How the return works

You can return or exchange a product without giving any reasons from the date of the shipping confirmation up to 14 days after receiving the last product of your order. You are only entitled to a return if the product is in the same condition as when you received it. This means: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, you can reach us at +43 676 530 9998 or at welcome@jl-living.com contact us. We will provide you with precise instructions for shipping your package. You must contact us within 14 days after receiving the last item of your order.

The direct costs for returning a product must be paid by you. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

  

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if a product is defective or damaged. Also if you received the wrong item. We will promptly take care of a solution!

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers.

 

Refunds

As soon as we receive your returned product, we will inform you. If your return is approved, we will process a refund as quickly as possible. The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used in the Looops webshop. You should be able to access the refunded amount within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned product. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to credit the amount to your account. We would like to inform you that we may contact you if we suspect abuse. We also reserve the right to deactivate accounts involved in suspicious activities to prevent fraud. You can find more information about your cancellation rights here.
