With a keen sense of harmony and atmosphere, an interior design concept was created that harmonizes warmth, style, and timelessness. High-quality materials, carefully selected fabrics, and a subtle color palette create a tranquil, inviting living environment that underscores the character of the house while simultaneously allowing its architecture to shine.

As part of the project, JL LIVING handled the complete design of the interior concept, the selection and coordination of all furniture, fabrics, and materials, as well as the decorative staging. Our team also provided consulting services to the client during the construction phase – right up to organizing and overseeing the final photo shoot.

Einrichtungs-konzept
Basis für das Projekt „Lichtspiele“ bildete ein intensives Kick-Off-Meeting gemeinsam mit dem Bauherren direkt vor Ort. Darauf aufbauend entwickelten wir ein maßgeschneidertes Designkonzept. Unser erklärtes Ziel war es, die Räumlichkeiten nicht nur ästhetisch zu gestalten, sondern eine einladende und gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen, die sofortiges Wohlbefinden ausstrahlt.
Begleitung während der Bauphase
Ein großer Vorteil bei diesem Projekt war, dass uns der Bauherr bereits während der laufenden Bauphase mit einbezog. Durch diese frühzeitige Integration konnten wir Architektur und Interior Design perfekt aufeinander abstimmen. So gelang es uns, ein absolut stimmiges Gesamtkonzept zu realisieren, bei dem bauliche Hülle und Innenraumgestaltung eine harmonische Einheit bilden.
Möbel-, Stoff- & Materialauswahl
Präzise abgeleitet aus unserem Designkonzept erfolgte die Kuratierung der Möbel, Stoffe und Materialien. Der Fokus lag dabei auf einer Exklusivität, die den hohen Wert der Immobilie widerspiegelt, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Wir wählten Texturen und Farben, die Wärme ausstrahlen und genau das Gefühl vermitteln, das dieses Projekt ausmacht: das Gefühl von „Nach Hause kommen“.
Einrichtung & Dekoration
Bei der finalen Ausstattung ging es um die Balance zwischen Offenheit und Geborgenheit. Wir haben Möbel und Dekoration so platziert, dass sie den Räumen Seele verleihen und urbanen Komfort mit der Nähe zur Natur verbinden. Das Ergebnis ist eine Atmosphäre, die Alltagstauglichkeit mit ästhetischer Raffinesse vereint.
Organisation und Fotoshooting
Um die besondere Atmosphäre der „Lichtspiele“ authentisch festzuhalten, wurde das gesamte Fotoshooting durch unser In-House Team realisiert. Wir kümmerten uns nicht nur um das Styling, sondern auch um die professionelle Fotografie selbst. So entstanden emotionale Bildwelten aus einer Hand, die das Designkonzept und die Exklusivität der Immobilie perfekt in Szene setzen.
